the staff displayed amazing kindness . the rooftop pool provided a refreshing escape. i found several cafes and restaurants just around the corner. the proximity to the metro station (a mere two minutes away) proved convenient for exploring.
I did notice that the hotel rooms are somewhat dark. More lighting would improve the overall ambiance.

The hotel is situated close to the aerobus stop, which allows for easy transportation. its location also allows for a short fifteen-minute walk to major attractions and points of interest. metro access is convenient. It stands just two minutes away, providing seamless transit throughout the city.

I loved that the location was close to the center. the staff was helpful. They were always nice to deal with. i found our room super spacious and nice. it included a balcony. the air conditioning worked really well.
The bedroom was pitch black when the lights were out. I had a hard time working out the lights.

The front desk staff provided maps and advice. It was valuable. frederic was great help in the lobby, assisting with directions and recommendations. they can also assist with travel arrangements, and i appreciated that.

Alessio provided amazing customer service. He was helpful with an error in the reservation. The breakfast was great and the location WAS perfect.
The bathroom lighting was VERY bad. The door to the bathroom you could not shut close.

The location was convenient near the metro station. the staff was friendly and offered helpful advice on local restaurants. our room was clean. It also had all necessary amenities.
The light control was a bit complex. the signs on the light switches had worn off. Distinguishing between them was hard. the coffee with milk tasted bad and the scrambled eggs tasted like they came from a powder. the hotel just apologized for the situation with the loud phone call at 4 a.m.

The room was spacious. I found the location to be very convenient, close to many attractions and services. There was a 24-hour supermarket next door, quite useful. The staff were helpful and always nice.
The hotel does not provide free bottled water every day. They only provide two bottles for the entire stay.

I had a double or twin room. The room was modern and clean. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. The location is great, Urgell station is next to the hotel. It makes it easy to get around.
The bedroom lights was difficult to operate. Hotel staff should explain it. It is not easy to work out. The bedroom was pitch black when lights was out.
